Preheat your oven to 250°F.
Add the avocado oil, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until all the seasonings are well combined in the oil and there are no lumps.
¼ cup avocado oil, 1 tsp dried dill, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (or about 0.3 oz)
Place the mini saltines in a medium mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned oil over them and gently stir until all crackers are well coated.
5.5 oz Premium Original Mini Saltine Crackers (or ½ a box)
Pour the mini saltines onto a half sheet pan and spread them out into an even layer. It's okay if some crackers are touching or leaning on each other—you just don't want a big pile of crackers in the middle of the pan.
Bake the crackers for 25 minutes at 250°F, stirring them every 6-7 minutes to ensure even baking. When the crackers are done, they should be a light golden color and no longer look shiny from the avocado oil.
Allow the crackers to cool completely on the sheet pan before serving or storing them in an airtight container.
