Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F.
  • Add the avocado oil, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch seasoning to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until all the seasonings are well combined in the oil and there are no lumps.
¼ cup avocado oil, 1 tsp dried dill, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (or about 0.3 oz)
  • Place the mini saltines in a medium mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned oil over them and gently stir until all crackers are well coated.
5.5 oz Premium Original Mini Saltine Crackers (or ½ a box)
  • Pour the mini saltines onto a half sheet pan and spread them out into an even layer. It's okay if some crackers are touching or leaning on each other—you just don't want a big pile of crackers in the middle of the pan.
  • Bake the crackers for 25 minutes at 250°F, stirring them every 6-7 minutes to ensure even baking. When the crackers are done, they should be a light golden color and no longer look shiny from the avocado oil.
  • Allow the crackers to cool completely on the sheet pan before serving or storing them in an airtight container.
