These savory seasoned crackers taste just like Christmas to me, since they are inspired by the dill oyster crackers my grandma used to make around the holidays when I was growing up.
This version, using mini saltine crackers, is super easy to make. The saltines are tossed in a dill and ranch-seasoned avocado oil mixture before being baked for less than 30 minutes at a low heat, meaning you can whip these up fairly quickly.
Whether you’re looking for a weekday snack or an appetizer for your own holiday get-together, these dill seasoned crackers are the perfect fit for you. Read the recipe below!

- 1 tsp dill
- ¼ tsp garlic powder

- Place the mini saltines in a medium mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned oil over them and gently stir until all crackers are well-coated.5.5 oz Premium Original Mini Saltine Crackers (or ½ a box)
- Pour the mini saltines onto the sheet pan and spread them out into an even layer. It's okay if some crackers are touching or leaning on each other- you just don't want a big pile of crackers in the middle of the sheet pan.
- Bake the crackers for 25 minutes at 250°F, stirring them every 6-7 minutes to ensure even baking. When the crackers are done, they should be a light golden color and no longer look shiny from the avocado oil.
- Allow the crackers to cool completely on the sheet pan before serving or storing them in an airtight container.
