These oyster crackers are the perfect to snack on before a holiday meal, with lunch, or on their own. They are tossed in avocado oil seasoned with ranch, Italian seasoning, and salt and vinegar popcorn seasoning before being baked for only 25 minutes at a low heat.

¼tsponion powder
¼tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250°F.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the avocado oil, zesty Italian seasoning mix, ranch seasoning, salt & vinegar seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.
⅓ cup avocado oil, 3 tsp Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing & Recipe Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, 2 tsp Kernel Season's Salt & Vinegar Popcorn Seasoning, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder
Place the oyster crackers in a medium mixing bowl and pour the seasoned oil mixture over them. Gently mix the crackers until they are all coated in the oil mixture.
9 oz oyster crackers
Pour the crackers on a half sheet pan and spread them into an even layer. It's okay if some crackers are touching or leaning on each other.
Bake the crackers for 25 minutes at 250°F, stirring every 6-7 minutes. The crackers should be a light golden color and should no longer look shiny from the avocado oil when done baking.
Optional- If you want some extra zing, toss the crackers in another couple teaspoons of salt & vinegar popcorn seasoning while they are still warm from the oven.
Allow the crackers to cool on the sheet pan- then enjoy! Store the crackers in an airtight bag or container.

Note 1. Oil: While I prefer avocado oil, any neutral oil can be used for this recipe.
