Ingredients

  • 1 slice bread I love using my homemade no-knead bread for this toastrecipe here!
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 2-3 tbsp medium-diced roasted red peppers
  • 1-2 tbsp roughly chopped artichoke hearts
  • Crumbled feta cheese to taste
  • 1-2 pinches smoked sea salt

Instructions

  • Toast your bread.
    1 slice bread
  • Add the avocado and mash it with a fork. Layer on the red peppers and diced artichoke.
    2-3 tbsp medium-diced roasted red peppers, 1-2 tbsp roughly chopped artichoke hearts, ½ medium avocado
  • Add crumbled feta to taste and finish the toast off with a sprinkle or two of smoked sea salt. Enjoy!
