medium-diced roasted red peppers

roughly chopped artichoke hearts

Crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
Toast your bread.
1 slice bread
Add the avocado and mash it with a fork. Layer on the red peppers and diced artichoke.
2-3 tbsp medium-diced roasted red peppers,
1-2 tbsp roughly chopped artichoke hearts,
½ medium avocado
Add crumbled feta to taste and finish the toast off with a sprinkle or two of smoked sea salt. Enjoy!
