3-4 cups chopped romaine lettuce, 1 batch homemade croutons, My Tangy Homemade Caesar Dressing
Briefly heat the tortillas in the microwave (20-30 seconds), just so they are pliable enough to roll up without tearing. Add some of the Caesar salad mixture to each tortilla. Sprinkle on some chicken or shrimp. You might also drizzle on more Caesar dressing and/or sprinkle on a bit of Parmesan cheese over the top.
1½-2 cups chopped grilled chicken, 4-5 large tortillas, Parmesan cheese
Roll the tortilla up tightly, as you would a burrito. Then slice it in half and serve!
