Why You’ll Love These Chicken Caesar Wraps
- The Ultimate Girl Dinner—It’s your favorite Caesar salad—with crisp romaine, grilled chicken, and yummy dressing—but in wrap form. (Fair warning—despite being a staple “girl dinner” in our house, I have to say that the guys love these wraps too. Better make a few extra!)
- Perfect for Lunch or Dinner—Great for meal prep or quick weeknight meals.
- Homemade Everything—Tangy Caesar dressing, buttery stovetop croutons, grilled chicken…it just doesn’t get any better than this.

These chicken Caesar wraps may be the girl dinner of all girl dinners (or, maybe tied with spicy pasta). Crunchy romaine, crispy homemade croutons, and my tangy, extra-lemony Caesar dressing are tossed together, then wrapped up with grilled chicken in an extra-large tortilla. While these wraps make a perfect light spring or summer dinner, they’re one meal that I always look forward to—no matter the season.

Chicken Caesar Wraps Ingredients
Chicken: I love using grilled chicken in these wraps, but you could also use crispy chicken or rotisserie chicken (for a quick shortcut).
Lettuce: Romaine is the more traditional choice, of course. But you can also mix in some iceberg if that’s what you have in your fridge.
Croutons: Specifically, these homemade stovetop croutons. They’re crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and coated in Parmesan cheese—yum!
Caesar Dressing: My favorite? This tangy homemade Caesar dressing made with plenty of lemon and vinegar—it’s so yummy. Feel free to use your own favorite Caesar dressing, whether homemade or store-bought.
Parmesan Cheese (Optional): Sprinkle on some Parm before rolling up your wrap.
How to Make Chicken Caesar Wraps
Prep ahead: Make sure you have croutons, grilled chicken (or shrimp!), Caesar dressing, and chopped lettuce ready to go!
Lettuce mixture: Add the lettuce and croutons to a bowl. Drizzle on Caesar dressing (to taste) and toss well.
Assemble the wraps: Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds—just to make sure they are pliable and won’t split as you wrap them up. Then, place a generous amount of the lettuce/crouton mixture on the wrap. Top with grilled chicken and extra Parmesan cheese (optional). Then, wrap the tortilla up as you would a burrito. Slice in half and serve right away, with a little extra Caesar dressing for dipping!
Ideas & Swaps
- Try these garlic and lemon grilled shrimp in place of the chicken in these Caesar wraps.
- As mentioned above, you can always use your favorite pre-made bottled Caesar dressing…but this tangy homemade Caesar dressing is the best in these wraps.
- Add cherry tomatoes or chopped bacon.
- Try using half romaine and half iceberg lettuce.
- Serve with homemade fries, this Italian pasta salad, or chips.
